Jeff is a private pilot. He flies his Extra 300L in the Advanced Category and is the 2007 Mid-America Regional 2nd place trophy winner. Jeff has been a member of IAC34 for over 15 years and acts as the Medical/Safety Director at the Ohio Aerobatic Open.

Ashley is a CFI at Sportys, Clermont County, Ohio.  She has taken a ride in an Extra 200. She is interested in getting advanced spin training to pass on the knowledge to her flight students.  Ashley has been a tireless volunteer at the Ohio Aerobatic Open for three years and recently assisted with a Young Eagles/Boy Scout day sponsored by the chapter.

Caleb is a dispatcher for NetJets in Columbus Ohio.  He is a private pilot who has taken a number of aerobatic lessons in the Decathlon. Caleb is working on his Commercial and Instrument ratings. He has worked a number of volunteer positions for the last four years at the Ohio Aerobatic Open.

Boyd Birchler '10

"30 years ago I bought my first plane- I still love flying after 5000 hours." Boyd is a regional judge as well as an experienced aerobatic pilot. He says he started in the 70's, started again in the 90's and hasn't stopped, but "for food, sleep and work."
